Here’s how we keep you, your site and our roads safe.
Our licence
Fields Energy Zambia Limited is licensed by the Energy Regulation Board for the importation, sale and distribution of petroleum products. Our licence category and its conditions govern what we may supply and where.
Product specification
Every product we supply is sold against a published specification. Product is checked on loading and on discharge, and the delivery documentation records what was supplied.
Handling standards
We operate tankers and bulk carriers that carry diesel, petrol and hazardous materials. Drivers are trained in spill management and emergency response before they carry product for us.
Storage
Where we install or maintain storage on a customer site, containment and spill procedures are agreed before commissioning. Sites are responsible for keeping storage in the condition it was handed over in.
Environment
We work to reduce spillage and loss in transit, and we monitor loads in real time so a deviation is picked up while it can still be acted on.
Supply conditions
Products are subject to availability and specification. Delivery windows vary by site, route and season. Products shown as in development are not available for commercial supply.
Raising a concern
Safety concerns about a delivery, a driver or a site installation can be raised at [email protected].
Driver competence
Drivers carrying product for us are trained in spill management and emergency response before their first load.
Vehicle standards
We maintain tankers and bulk carriers to the schedule their category requires.
Incident response
Where a spill or a loss occurs we contain first, then record what happened, what was lost and what changed as a result.
Cross-border movements
Movements beyond Zambia depend on permits and border handling. Routes are confirmed per contract before an order is accepted.
Documentation
Every delivery carries documentation stating the product, its specification and the volume discharged.

This statement is reviewed each year and whenever our licence conditions change.
