Track your load in real time
We follow every load from the depot gate to discharge, and you can see it without calling us.
At Fields Energy, every load travels on a GPS-tracked tanker, watched around the clock. You’ll see where your fuel is and when it will arrive, without picking up the phone.
The same tracking record helps later on too. If a question comes up about arrival time, standing time or the route taken, we’ll settle it from the record.
We’ll tell you about delays
Problems in transit are easiest to fix while the vehicle is still moving. Our monitoring is set up to catch them then, and to tell you straight away.
If a vehicle leaves its planned route, we’ll raise an alert while the load is still on the road. Your team can then act on it within the same working day.
Unplanned stops, long standing times and out-of-hours movement all show up on the record. None of it depends on someone picking up the phone.
When a load reaches your site, arrival is confirmed against the delivery note. Both sets of records then agree from the very start.
You can ask for the record for any of your loads at any time. We’ll send it over without you having to chase it.
What does the record show?
Four points are logged automatically on every load, so nothing depends on anyone’s memory.
Dispatch
You’ll see which vehicle and driver are carrying your load as it leaves the depot.
Route
Its position updates continuously against the planned route, so an alert reaches us while the load can still be redirected.
Arrival
Arrival at your site is time-stamped automatically, so nobody needs to phone ahead to confirm it.
Signature
You sign for the volume received, and if it doesn’t match what we sent, we’ll look into it with you.
Keep loads on track
We’ll alert your team while there’s still time to act on it.
Say a driver takes a wrong turn or stops for too long. We’ll let your team know right away, and you can usually sort it out that day.
Found in a monthly check, the same problem would only show up once the fuel was gone. That’s why we watch every load the whole way.
