Our impact
We’re proud to move fuel safely, protecting our people, your site and the towns along every route.
Safety comes first
We settle how fuel will be handled safely before we agree anything commercial.
Handling fuel badly puts drivers, site crews and roadside communities at risk. That’s why safe handling is a condition of every job we take on.
Fuel is moved by people into places where a mistake is costly. Our drivers are trained in spill management and emergency response before they take their first load out of the depot.
Containment is agreed before we commission any installation. We monitor every load in transit, so we can act on a problem while the vehicle is still moving.
We write our own vehicle and handling procedures. If a handling check cannot be completed, we don’t release the product.
We keep fuel out of the ground
In our experience, most spills happen at the two ends of a delivery, when a tanker is loaded and when it discharges into site storage. Our team supervises both.
Where we install storage on a customer’s site, we size the bund to the tank and keep inspecting it for as long as it’s in use. Fuel that has picked up water is treated as off specification.

We hire and train locally
Our fleet, depot and installation teams are staffed from the Copperbelt itself.
Driving a bulk tanker is a skilled job with a real career path. We train people into the role, as well as hiring drivers who already have the licence.
The technicians who commission dispensing equipment are trained on the systems they fit. So if something goes wrong on site, the person who answers can actually reach it.
Our tanker routes pass through towns that gain nothing from the load. We plan around school times, market days and the hours when a village is at its busiest.
If someone complains about how one of our tankers was driven, we check it against the tracking record. We then report back to the person who raised it.
Why aren’t there figures?
We only report what we can measure, so this page doesn’t carry any figures.
Until a figure has been checked, we mark it as outstanding. We’ll only publish it once the data behind it stands up.
So this page describes what we do. It does not put a number against any of it yet.
Where do we hold ourselves to account?
These four practices apply on every account, and we’ll show you the record for any of them.
Driver training
Containment inspection
Incident investigation
Local recruitment
Seen something unsafe?
Please tell us. Whether it’s a vehicle, a site or a delivery, your concern comes straight to our depot team.
